Meet Scarlet. She's a beautiful siren of a handmade soap. Her seductive scent beckons like a haunting melody from the darkness of night - irresistible and enticing in its sad yearning. And that's why I chose to call this soap Scarlet's Nocturne. :) I unfortunately introduced a fair amount of air bubbles into the soap batter while making this batch, but I believe the small flecks only add to her mysterious loveliness...

TIPS, TRICKS & TUTELAGE
TIPS, TRICKS & TUTELAGE
- Our soap is handmade in small batches, which means no two bars are alike. Please account for natural variation from the photos shown on the site.
- Whispering Woods Soapery lets their soap bars cure for a minimum of 5 weeks, lending to a harder and longer-lasting bar. However, as handcrafted soap (with lots of glycerin as a natural byproduct), the bar should definitely be kept dry between uses. For best performance, please keep soap out of the spray of water and on a well-draining soap dish. We promise you it will be happier this way!
- While an impression is given on specific soap scents, please take into account that our favorite smells may not necessarily be yours. This also pertains to our scent categorization.
- Discontinue use if irritation occurs.
- Soaps that are dark or have bright colors may lead to some fun and interestingly-colored lather. Don't be surprised! :) Although we personally have not experienced staining in our testing, you may want to avoid using lighter-colored washcloths (just in case).
- You can always cut a soap bar into smaller pieces for easier handling.
- This bullet point is simply here to give you a pat on the back for reading down this far. Yay, you!
