Shipping Policy

• Your order will be processed within 48 hours, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
• Shipping charges will be calculated at checkout. At this time we currently offer a $9.00 flat-fee rate. As of July 2026, orders placed will either be shipped via UPS Ground or USPS Priority Mail. Once picked up by the carrier, the package should arrive within 3 business days, barring complication. We have recently been seeing delays at processing centers with USPS. *Shipping applies to the lower 48 states only.
• We offer free Ground/Priority shipping with any order over $75.00. *Again, lower 48 states only.
• Once an order is fulfilled, tracking will be provided via email. You should also receive another email confirmation with an expected shipping date.
• Please ensure that you have entered the correct address. We are not responsible for a package not being delivered due to errors in the address you provided at the time of your order.  
• If you haven't received your package within 10 days after shipping confirmation, reach out to us and provide all pertinent information so that we can look into the situation.
• Whispering Woods Soapery has made every effort to ensure your order is packed securely and correctly. Should you receive the wrong product or experience leakage/spillage from any containers, immediately reach out to whisperingwoodssoapery@gmail.com and include a photo of the incident/mistake. We will be more than happy to make things right for you! Please note: packages that arrive damaged from transit will be addressed on a case-by-case basis, though we will certainly do our best to reach a satisfactory solution. 
• International shipping and U.S. shipping to Hawaii or Alaska is unfortunately not available at this time.
